Hotel Louro *** is totally committed to welcoming its guests with the utmost safety, guaranteeing their well-being and that of its staff and partners. In this context, we continue to adopt all the measures recommended by the National Health Authority (DGS), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Turismo de Portugal (Clean&Safe Seal), to guarantee the best operation of our services in accordance with 3 essential principles:
- Safeguard the necessary social distancing;
- Ensuring that personal protective equipment is available;
- Reinforce cleaning and disinfection measures.
Personal protective equipment:
- Our employees continue to use the necessary PPE, according to their duties;
- We keep acrylics in our reception area and make alcohol gel available for our employees to use.
Cleaning and disinfection:
- We provide guests with disinfectant gel for use in the hotel's different social areas (reception, breakfast room, floors and toilets);
- We rigorously clean and disinfect all areas of the hotel.
Our team:
All our employees are informed about the Internal Protocol, procedures and behaviour to be taken with regard to cleaning the various areas.
Our guests:
The cooperation of our guests is essential to guarantee their safety during their stay and we therefore recommend that they continue to sanitise their hands using the hand sanitiser dispensers we have available in the various areas of the hotel.
